I'm having onsite interviews with Aurora for Motion Planning team in the next week. Any tips/suggestions on what to prepare, breakdown of interview would be very helpful.

Prepare to shine on modern C++.
There’s typically a coding algorithm and a coding fundamentals (both modern c++ heavy) white board session, and two mathy/ domain interviews.
Thank you :)
Motion planning is one of the more difficult teams to get hired onto, so I wish you success!

Okay. I have no tips. But story time. I was interviewing for tools/UI team at Aurora They put my lunch with a Chinese guy in motion planning (PhD, ex-fb). Wasn't much of a conversationalist. So lunch was going a bit awkward. So I tried to arrest initiative and started asking questions and forming discussions. He stops me says "I think we are interviewing you" then went on to eat his lunch in silence. Most awkward interview hour ever.
Sounds funny. Reviews about the company seem to be on both extremes. Some say it's horrible, some say it's awesome. Not sure why there is such a divergence. What do you think about the company and the team?
Dunno anything about the company. Seems to have talented engineers. Most others I interviewed with were cool. This guy might have been brilliant in tech but def had no social skills.
