Are there any really good, authentic Chinese restaurants in the Seattle area?
Is this a serious question?
Lols those are subsets of Chinese food. Check out Mike's noodle house and A+ kitchen for awesome Cantonese food. Joyale for great dim sum. I don't really care for sichuanese food but, if I had to pick, I would go to flying fish
You won't find anything resembling authentic Asian food in Seattle.
Isn’t there a Din Tai Fung in Seattle?
This is pretty authentic.
I’ve been disappointed with every Din Tai Fung branch I’ve been to outside of Taipei so I’ve stopped trying. It’s still better Shanghainese than a bunch of other options though.
I liked A + Hong Kong kitchen in ID. They have pig intestines so pretty authentic in my book.
I love that place.
There are many Panda Express’. (Trolling)
I actually love panda express
Spiceup Szechuan
Panda Express
Just go to some dim sum place

You wont find it. You will find cantonese, sichuanese, shanghainese, etc, though.
If we’re getting specific, Sichuan is #1 choice.
