Got an offer from AutoDesk for an Eng. Manager @180K base + 80K RSUs + 14% bonus. Can someone from Autodesk share what the pay range is for a EM role @Autodesk #Autodesk
Is it Grade 13? Base is good & above average. Ask for more RSU & sign on if any.

10y at 180k base seems reasonable. Get more RSUs though. Bonus ratio is low as well

Slightly less for an EM but ADSK doesn’t pay that well.

Autodesk recruiter called me for a technical project manager role and mention 140k base. I have a 13 yoe. Not sure if this info helps
