First: Automattician Second: so much depends on the individual and their talents it would be near impossible to give you a fair and valid answer. We find that just because someone is 15 years into their career doesn’t mean they have the ideal skills for our needs. Ultimately we pay for the talent we need. We also have the great advantage of being globally dispersed so we are able to select only the best candidates from a much wider pool of applicants. Finally, and I say this with all sincerity, being able to work how and where you like, with the amazing benefits we offer is worth a lot more than straight up dollars. I’m not saying that we pay shit. We don’t. But we don’t pay the kinds of salaries I see many touting here. We don’t offer stock grants, signing bonuses or moving stipends. Apply. See for yourself.
