Average comp for Redfin dallas office
What’s the average compensation for a software engineer for Redfin’s dallas office. Is it comparable to their Seattle office’s average compensation? In glassdoor tge average salary mentioned is for their seattle office I believe. YOE: ~4 years

I had an offer for a position there. I have almost 3 YOE including internship. TC was pretty low tbh. Base salary was 100k signing bonus was 5k and relocation was 5k. Stock grant was 80k but that vested over 4 years. So it was around 130 TC. This was for their Dallas office and recruiter told me they pay less there cause of COL.
