How is it like working at Bain as a software engineer for the ADAPT team? I’ve read that working for MBB and not being a consultant is akin to being a second class citizen—is that true? 4yoe

I would say that they are still figuring out how to use non-consulting teams/people effectively. But right now everyone loves the non-consulting staff and wants to put them on every project. Very much in demand. Agree that the career path hasn’t been figured out yet
