Most of their business will implode as they systematically sell what they can. Healthcare and jet engines could survive. But please do yourself a favor and leave GE while figure their marbles.
- Splunk KE94107I’ve worked at GE a couple of times in different cities. It was always about the dollars, if your division made money you’re ok otherwise get your resume ready. The one thing I don’t get is that GE invented stack-ranking, which should’ve been buried in the dustbin of historically terrible management ideas. But it’s infected Silicon Valley HR departments, including ours at Splunk.
