Okay, wait. Yesterday i was working as a bartender in a famous festival in Italy. Everything was fine but when a friend of mine that wasn't working there because he was a costumer i gave him a drink without letting him pay for that, they had fired me after my supervisor knew it. Wtf? Am i wrong or their actions went crazy?
Ps the festival is Core Festival

Sorry what? It's rude to tell people not to steal from their employers?

Did Blind open its doors to bartenders? Haha

I don’t really care because at least there would be more interesting topics than TC for EL5 or some other bullshit that I don’t care about or even get what the acronyms mean!

Can't give free product. What if you had 30 friends show up? What if all staff had 30 friends? The managers don't know who's a close friend and who is just an acquaintance.

Once you are friendlier and have a better relationship with management, you can discuss what's within reason. Even better is if you see them do it first and get to know the rules and boundaries. But as a new employee, you can not be giving things away before you know the norms.

I was a bartender in a hostel for a short while. Management made us count inventory at the end of every night, and it was mostly to check that staff weren't giving away free drinks. The count was always off, but the shrinkage (lost product) was usually within reason.
And here, I saw the management giving away free drinks. But never just because, always within reason.

Imagine you had a job at a store, and you have your friend a TV without them paying.
