Basically Blackmail

Company has a couple of major clients who are blind to key flaws that would absolutely end their financially size-able business with my employer. Is there anyway I can legally ask for a significant severance in exchange for not disclosing the details to these clients?

I also think you should get a free consultation with an employment lawyer if you're so interested and internally conflicted. Most lawyers will hear you for a half hour for free
