Yes. Kept investing outside Bay Area and got out of stock market as well. Check my other post about getting out of stock markets in feb 2018. Investing in TX, FL , CO, etc will still get you good rents. Now if prop 10 passes then money will flow from CA to states like TX, FL, CO, etc. Keep watching.

There was recently a slight rollback of the insane gains we had seen from last summer to this spring. Sadly, the medium term outlook is probably still upwards.
Not sure o agree. Rates will continue to rise, but I think the big x factor in the Bay Area is the value of RSUs moving forward. That may have just as large if not larger impact on affordability for the 13% that can (or could have) afford(Ed) the median prices home.
