Looking for material for preparation of behavioral interview at Google and Amazon.
Their is no proper material. Just refer your past experiences and come up with good examples
DM if you want to do behavioural coaching. It helps with interviews and also to navigate everyday interactions. You could even use any learning/training funds if your company reimburses.
There’s plenty of sample questions if you search Amazon Behavior Questions . Just put together a list of them and think about some stories that can be used to answer these questions, you’ll be fine
Google behavioural testing feels natural. Amazon is just bizarre. You need to prepare a lot - almost impossible for a human. They hire robots who are customer obsessed, almost always right and have body odor amongst other things. Make sure you don't bathe for a few days before the interview.
Draw up at least 6-10 different project examples using STAR and read up on the Leadership Principles. Tie back each example to a principle. Think of broader skill sets like managing conflicts, stakeholders, tight deadlines, innovation, prioritization, and impact. Your real life experience will play a huge role for questions you’re not prepared for or need to improvise on the spot.
