Any experiences and recommendation for the therapist to handle stress and anxiety issues, in Bellevue and nearby areas? Preferably covered under most employer's EAP programs. But other suggestions are welcome too.
Can you explain what kind of stress and anxiety you are going through? I would like to understand if I have the same symptoms and if I need any medical attention.
Rather not get into specifics here (you can DM me if you would like to discuss further) But on a high level - getting overly stressed over small things, not being emotionally resilient, always in constant state of worry, etc.

No specific recommendation, but most therapists can take on these issues. A lot of people use PsychologyToday to find a therapist if you haven’t tried that!
How are you doing? Are your stress levels doing better?
BTW I quit my therapist after 4 sessions. Not like it was bad but it just felt such a waste of time. I feel much better now after getting 2 offers outside FB and I am so happy to leave this place.
Where are you going?
Don’t feel comfortable disclosing but to a much much smaller place, not a startup anymore, that still pays top $. I’m increasing my TC by 25%. There was not a single leetcode question during the interview and it took 2 weeks from applying online without any reference to getting a solid offer. These places still exist!!! :-)

Sending you my support! Going through hard times as well. Just finished 2nd session with a therapist but not sure yet if it works or not, so won’t be recommending him just yet. I am doing online video sessions though, so location does not matter and it saves time. Consider that option, unless physical presence is critical for you.
Thanks. Was considering the video sessions, just to increase options. Although I feel physical presence would be better(first time doing this so don't have past experiences to base my hypothesis on), it's not deal breaker for me.
I am doing this first time as well so can’t say if in person would have made a difference.
