no. just follow the industry rather closely. knew years ago they were headed failure. wrong model.
You get coffee from a local place because you like their coffee. Loyalty going to do anything for the business. There is no right model, but businesses hated that Belly wouldn't give them their customers emails and then did marketing for the competition.
oh there is a right model. its just not there. and youre right, having retailers pay monthly fee only sets up problems and pisses them off.
