Besides janitor, which role is easiest to get into Google?
Test engineer? Quality? Sales? What’s the easiest job that will get me in besides being a janitor
Some sales/advertising/legal/marketing/etc ops role? I know a few people in these roles at other companies and have observed that much of their work is in excel/google sheets and PowerPoint/google slides. So much room for automation too.
They aren't hired for technical skills and don't give two shits about automating... Doesn't mean those are easy jobs to get

Sr. Management, director and above, in non engineering departments. You just need to be alive and have the same role at some crap company, even Walmart and PayPal would suffice.
