That's a very good offer IMO. Third quartile or maybe even fourth for a SWE.
If you are not getting a relo, try pushing the sign on bonus. Base is already close to max for a SWE
This is on the high-end of SWE offers. You could try for more bonus but I don't think you're going to get anything.
