Best area to buy 3Br house near San Jose?
Looking for a 3 bedroom house for an affordable price in and around San Jose. Any specific area suggestions ? Want to know if this is a good time to buy or should I wait a little longer? Looking for honest so opinions.
I am open to South San Jose as well.. Or any other locations in and around San Jose tooo...

If it’s purely $$$ related East San Jose. But long commutes. Populations high in Mexican and Vietnamese.

MTV will be terrible. 1 hour. What do you mean by SVL?
Is price the only factor? Best couldmean a lot of things. If you have children like how I do, putting my boys into a good school district is important.
Milpitas Area near great mall. Good schools, reasonable commute, BART and shopping
I like South San Jose . 95136 is relatively cheaper and good decent neighborhood, 95123 as well.
Schools are not good though
Buy a cheaper house and send kids to private school. Houses in good school districts are insanely expensive.
buy in 95136 its pretty good &safe place to stay and little cheaper than evergreen.Schools are improving due to lot of indian and chinese prople moved recently. Close to future google campus
N San Jose. Close to tech comps and Milpitas BART. Good time? Flip a coin
