Best bank for high yield savings account

I am thinking of moving my funds to either HSBC (2.20% APY) or Barclays (2.10% APY). Which one will you recommend based on credibility, risk and overall yield? Citi has 2.36% APY, but I live in California and it's not allowed here.

☝️ Wealthfront was above 2.5% before changing it to the current 2.32%

Discover!

Wealthfront has unlimited withdrawals and accounts are insured up to $1MM (VS $250k) with the other guys. Also, you’re only allowed to withdraw up to 6 times monthly with the other guys. Downside is that it takes 2-3 business days to see the cash in your account once to transfer from wealthfront (probably the same as the other guys)
