This seems to be a theme when booking through Priceline and Kayak. Tried calling ahead and requesting specifically a king room, non-handicap accessible. 50% of the time I get 50% of my request honored. Anyone else have better luck using a different method? Please be transparent if you use a rewards program applicable to your stay.
Why would you go out of your way to request a non-handicap accessible room? I understand wanting a king bed over 2 twins... but the other half of the request doesn’t make sense.
Bathrooms are more often than not terribly designed where the shower leaks out under the curtain and into the middle of the floor, where there is no drain. I understand there are design limitations when creating a roll-over threshold but DAMN, even a speed bump would prevent this 😂😂😂
