Best brand for large appliances
I need to buy fridge, washer and dryer for my new home. What brand would you recommend? I have heard that Samsung is not so good. What about LG, GE and Whirlpool, etc? Mostly looking to stay within decent price range without breaking the bank but still prefer modern appliance. Any suggestions on what stores are good?
Definitely not Whirlpool. I’d go with LG or GE.
I jut updated my appliances with Bosch, used to have Whirlpool before.

Depends on what kind of money you want to spend. There are appliances much better than LG

Fridge = LG Washer/dryer = Samsung or Maytag The Samsung’s Front load are very good and there is pretty good Black Friday deals in Best Buy or Home Depot
We haven't had any problems with our front loader and our clothes have never been so clean. Seriously.
I'd use Maytag over Samsung. Easier to get replacement parts.

Don’t get Samsung. They suck. My mom’s washer was on recall because it used to explode. It also leaked and damaged all the flooring.
