Best lenders for co-signed personal loans?

Did something stupid - used my Q2 bonus and most of my savings to buy out my car lease and pay off my home mortgage in another market only to have my product cut and team fired. (Figured, with Bay Area rent that'll make it easier to save for a down payment on a house here.) But now I have to get a friend to co-sign a personal loan for me to have a safety cushion to cover rent and expenses until I can land a new gig. Any ideas on good lenders: Best combination of low rates, fast online application/funding, low/no pre-payment penalties, low/no origination/application fees? Any thoughts on SoFi, RocketLoans, LendingTree, etc?

The highest priority item in regards to finance management is to build up a minimum safety net of 6 months. Once you have that, never, ever dip into it unless you need to. It avoids issues like this. Also, in regards to paying off your car and mortgage -- you're generally better off paying the minimum required and investing whatever you have remaining, minus your expenses. You'll end up with more money in the long run if you compound your investments.

As far as I know you will only get a soft credit check to find out your rates at these places so just spend a day applying to them all and find the best option. Also Upstart.
