Certain places in Belltown. Varies by block. Or Capitol Hill.
Caphill- not always super clean or quiet. Lots of food. And bars. Lively Belltown- occasionally sketchy. Has food and is quiet Slu- might as well live at work. Dead on weekends Downtown: swarming with tourists
There aren't that many options within 20 minutes walking distance. Shouldn't be too hard to scout.
Who the fack chills at cafes
Have you looked at Fremont? Won’t be in 20 min walk but will be a quick commute. But sounds closer to what you’re looking for otherwise than Belltown. Also consider South Lake Union, though you’d want to be in the south part of it if you’re looking for restaurants and cafes around.
All of the above are good options - Capitol Hill, slu, downtown, Belltown, or if you don't mind a 20 min bus ride even Fremont, Ballard, Greenlake, UW. My recommendation is to check them out. Each neighborhood is unique (something I love about Seattle), has its pros and cons, and so what you prefer would be entirely dependent on you.
East Lake
Eastlake is nice as it’s right on a major bus line. Any where from 20-40 minute walk though, but less than 20 most days by bus

Most competitive company to land a job at in 2024?
Capitol Hills or Downtown.. you'll get high rise apartments in 2nd Ave in Downtown. Those will be sharing. 3 people in 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. I know many people from AMZ who stays in Downtown!
The parts in cap hill that are walking distance to amazon are dirty and a little too loud for OP, unless he wants to live in the residential side over by broadway and Thomas, but still a few too many homeless and trash. Downtown or Lower Queen Anne or just Denny Triangle might be better.
