Best path to senior software engr (netflix/L5/T5) in 2 years

I'm a backend engineer and I've been an SDE 2 (similar to T4/L4) at AWS for 2 years and considering switching jobs to improve both my skillset and resume in the next 2 years. My current role isn't great. Which of these options do you think I should focus on: TC: 240k
