Best visa for tech workers in Japan?

Hi, Is it optimal to get the skilled worker visa introduced in 2012 or the investor visa? So far I'm aware of this stuff about these visas: - with the investor visa, I can also have the preferred immigration status granted by the skilled worker visa and apply for permanent residency after just 1 year by scoring 80 points or more - with the investor visa, I may need to rent a place with a separate office if my business is online (or like an actual retail location for retail) - with the skilled worker visa, I would need to do some paperwork if I ever change jobs What are the requirements like for bringing over a cofounder or employee using the investor visa or startup visa? Did I miss anything important?
