Best way to maximize compensation
I am in the US for a maximum of 4 years and my aim is to maximize earnings, not to build relationships in a company etc. With that in mind, should I look for roles in startups or larger brands which will give me stock, or a pre-ipo for RSUs? What is the best strategy?

To truly maximize for your totality of 4 years regardless of future earnings. Leetcode hard and jump to a new company each year and take in that sweet sign on bonus.
