Best/worst eng teams in Seattle

My best friend from hs is joining fb finally! In Seattle. Swe level 5 (server, may loop for android). He asked me what are some of the best and worst teams to consider. Anyone have any advice? Interested from and Android / Server perspective. Mainly great or terrible team culture and managers. Really appreciate the (anon) help with the career advice.
