Better insurance for pregnancy

Yeah. Probably better not to go to another co only to request leave. It puts the new company in an awkward position

1. It could be a insurance provider decider between spouses working at either of those places. 2. In the case, like people suggested, you are choosing an offer based on pregnancy insurance benefits - just how many kids will u plan to make the deal worth it ?

My question is in regards to If you have option of coverage through either (we work at both companies) if anyone has experience using/choosing one over the other.
Sometimes the one you have is the best one. Unless you’re going to jump for only that reason, does it matter?
