Block$$$ update: Here are ones I’m looking at for January!

First of all, thank you to everyone who sent me ETH’s as donations (there were 3 of you) You guys rock. I ended up moving off that address so I made a new one.

If you’d like to donate ETH (cuz some of my picks made you money) I’ll do a give away of what’s accumulated here!

Now for the Update:

Friends it had been a while. Hard to predict the market with the Alts market just going crazy. I hope you guys have held EOS, bought to Stellar and TRX like I had mentioned before. The following are tokens, so don’t expect 5x 10x like EOS and Stellar.

Update: first comment asked for an update on my portfolio. So I added a photo.

_______________________________________________

Here is where my head is at, BITCOIN dominance continues to drop. If this trend keeps going, we’ll see more Alts break into the Billion dollar category. (Granted I think it’s entirely possible for some major SEC fud to s all the ICO space /ALTS and momentum shift to BTC prolly causing it to blow past $40k....

but, the Alts who are promising are:

SimpleToken (OST) Jason Goldberg knows how to run a tight ship. They are on fire on Binance, I expect them to pop up on other major exchanges and continue their trend.
#simpletoken

Quantstamp (QSP) Richard and their team have been busting their ass. Also major exchange listings on the horizon! If not, major news to keep up with the Alts trend.
#quantstamp

AELF (ELF) Also promising. Amongst the major players, this one is a favorite.
#aelf

ICON (ICX) One of the most successful ICO’s in recent months with returns break 80x. Still, I see upside as ICON has potential to be in the top 10.
#ICON

Woot woot. Again, these are just my opinion. I’m still holding EOS. Give it another week or two. I feel something brewing.

Seriously, how are you not cashing the hell out at this point, bro? We love to having you, but aren't you worried that the bubble might pop soon?

Not all tokens have deep order book. It takes a lot of effort to cash out a good amount of money. Also, someone who can make that much believes in Cryptos more than other things(real estate, stocks) and wouldn’t bother to rebalance a portfolio to invest in traditional assets.

^yoyo, you’ve hit the nail on the head. I’ll cash out very little to pay my absurdly crazy SF rent. That’s it. Not planning on buying anything. Not really worried about bubble popping. If it pops, great then that was a good run.

I never had this kind of money to begin with, so losing it won’t alter my outlook in life.

I just really find this moment crazy exciting and incredibly interesting. Once in a life time opportunity for me to learn.

      OP
      If you are not trolling;

If you look at huge market caps for coins, the ones in the “several billions” are typically protocol level coins. Zcash, Ethereum, EOS, etc. tokens, on the other hand, are built on these block chains. Hence it’s harder for tokens to skyrocket past the entire platforms marketcap.

EOS, was a long term bet. STELLAR same thing. ICX is an interchain project with protocol properties (and based in Korea, the hottest market in the world) hence the huge jump in price.

Not trolling, thanks for the explanation. Aware of some coins being protocol/platform level but hadn't heard the coin/token term differentiation, thanks.

Thank you , what are your thoughts about XVG and LTC , is it better to HODL or just cash out and invest in other coins

I genuinely don’t understand why people buy LTC. It only goes up, when BTC goes up, and people realize LTC is under valued.

Or, they download coinbase, and buy the cheapest coin... LTC.

I am bullish on ltc because as for now, seems like coinbase/gdax is the only place to convert crypto to USD, btc transaction is slow and expansive, LTC has huge volumes and I expect to see a huge surge once this altcoin rally ends, any thoughts on my point? I am trying to understand if I should hold LTC as well, thx

Can you prove Block$$$ portfolio is not a fake?
Have you ever wondered why Block$$$ only shows desktop images from a mobile experience. Why not sharing mobile screenshots when blind posts can only be created on mobile?
Because you can’t edit html on mobile.

    Block$$$ portfolio is a fake.

Look closer at the screenshots, they conveniently hide the actual address, so you can’t verify the authenticity. They also show a major conflict of “0 Transactions” for a supposedly super active account.
Additionally, the cta “add to watch list” informs us that screenshot was taken from a visitor experience, not the actual account owner.

I married a very competent CPA and moved some coins around this year: you owe USD based gains when you move from one coin to another, and if you didn't hold that coin for a year then you generate tax liability at the ordinary income rate on the USD appreciation.

This means you owe USD when moving from BTC to ETH even though you didn't touch dollars. The exact same thing applies when Amazon gives you RSUs, you have to sell to cover or fork over cash.

Many folks like yourself day trading these coins aren't keeping track of this. It's possible half of your portfolio is liable to tax should uncle Sam ever decide they want to shake you down now that you have $100M

    • Facebook olol1234
I'm afraid Anomazon is correct here. That is the reason I stopped most of my day trading activity and got a CoinTracking.info account. It takes a bit of work to import all the data, but now it does a pretty good job of tracking my trading performance and tax liability.

Block$$$: I highly recommend you realize some of those gains and use them to hire a top notch account and/or tax lawyer. You won't be able to enjoy those millions if you're locked up behind bars. Not kidding here.

I’m just going to go ahead and throw this out there for all you Block$$$ disciples.

Open your laptop and navigate to the Blind web app. Search for Block$$$ and read through the threads in chronological order. You’ll notice Block$$$ tends to contradict himself quite a bit. Which leads me to believe that, like most people in this space. He really has no idea what he’s talking about and is just privileged, well connected and very lucky to have invested 400k and struck gold.

You may continue to listen to his picks, but know that with a portfolio of 50-some-odd million dollars he is engineering these prices by pumping and dumping his picks.

    Happy trading friends.

@op Question about QSP. Looks like it directly depends on Ethereum projects being successful and security regulations being bought in, right? But with Cardano, EOS coming up, don’t you think QSP will begin targeting an increasingly fractional market?

How high do you think QSP can go?
