Bloomberg Offer
I received an offer from Bloomberg for Software Engineer. Got 135k base +15k bonus. Is there any room for negotiation?. If yes, how much should I be negotiating?. I have 2 years of experience in India, and 9+ months of experience in United States. I also have a Master's degree.
Yeah there is, New FSDs with bachelor's are getting higher than that. Get some other offers and try to talk to the recruiters?

That's standard new grad, should be 10k relo bonus too. I got a 25k signing by bringing up a similar offer
They didn't mention about the sign up bonus. I should ask them. I don't have any other offers other than this at this moment :(
What's your deadline? Try to Apple to other places and tell them you have a deadline to speed it up. The recruiter did not even need to get approval for my 25k bonus and I had a new updated offer letter the next day so it seems it's standard to toss it at anyone with a competing offer.
It's a good offer
If you have another offer with higher tc, they will try to match. Otherwise this is a standard offer for 2019 new grad.
What about signing bonus?
Always negotiate. It’s a good offer for NYC though.
