I tried to line up some interviews so I could get offers at the same time. I am going to start phone screens in a couple of weeks. However, Bloomberg has a hiring event and I can go straight to on-site in a couple of weeks. Or so I was told. Maybe I should ask if this is a multi day on-site process. Anyhow, worst case, I will have a Bloomberg offer while I'm still doing phone screens with others. And I don't want to rush interviews. I was planning to delay on sites 1+ month after phone screens to give me more time to prepare. So can I delay a Bloomberg offer for around 1-2 months? How long before offer expires? Bloomberg is not my first choice, so I don't want them to rush my plans just because they are having a hiring event. I asked recruiter if they were planning another one later in the year and she said no.
Can you tell us about hiring event details ?
All I know is that it's this month and it's 2-3 on site interviews.
Which team? How to apply?
I got approached on LinkedIn. Try googling it. I don't know the requirements, but I have relevant industry experience.
Offers never expire unless it is a small company. If you are good, you are good and they will find a place to put you. And if you delay because other ppl want to hire you. The better you look.

You will regret working there. The code quality, the management, etc.
I'll make a separate topic about that. In any case, I still want the interview practice and the offer as a possible negotiating tool for other companies.
Sounds good. They will match offers.
