How much is the standard raise and yearly bonus at Bloomberg? I’m highly considering accepting an entry level Financial Analytics and Sales offer and would like to assess my future possibilities. TC/Offer 74K 1st year out of college
lol have you even read glassdoor reviews? analytics are basically customer service in call centers 🤣🤣
I mean I understand the role obviously. It’s a position, company, and city im interested in.🤷🏾♂️
I believe the raises for entry level analytics are relatively preset for the first year or two, 6-12% range, with a modest target bonus you almost always get (but dont exceed). Once you specialize on the desk, potentially become a team leader or TL backup, and eventually jump into an app spec or sales role is where the big bumps happen While it is a grind there Ive known plenty of people who get poached from analytics to firms they frequently assist, to do the work they were assisting with in house. Ive seen jumps to hedge funds, IB, misc buy side overall. While not guaranteed it’s definitely got the potential as a launchpad. Not to mention their benefits- specifically healthcare coverage and 401k matching are notoriously incredible
