I don't think you will post your department name here. But as far as I know, trading unit and tech unit should have the conversation on Tuesday. Or if you are band 6, you are not eligible for bonus. So if a band 6 person has no salary rise, there _could_ be no talk.

Band 6 is eligible for bonuses too. Got it last year got it this year. YOE -2, TC - 118 (including 3k bonus) in Tech.
I am just guessing you are a graduate. Graduate receives bonus from a dedicated pool from HR. But hey, who knows....
