Bonus at MSFT

How much is the bonus at MSFT ? Currently level 60. I know stocks are almost nothing, but cash bonus ? And is there an annual salary increase ? Is there an increase during level change ? Current TC: $145k

Merit 3%. Bonus target 10%, max 20%. How do you not know this? Did it not say on your contract? Have you looked at hrweb?

If you get promoted, expect 5% salary increase on top of the 3% merit.

Range is 0-20% of base. Just wanted to know how much is the average. And didn’t know about merit
