It varies on team. There used to be a 10% holiday bonus, but that has been rolled into base. Then we get up to 10% of salary in March and 15% in August based on company, team and personal performance. Oh, and unless you are director leave, there is no stock, equity, ESPP or anything like that.

Isn’t the PS 10% salary split between March (40% of the 10%) and August (60% of the remaining 10%)?

I believe it depends on team. But my PS is 25% split.

10% salary split between an August and March payout. No stock as far as I know. Holiday bonus was 10% but they rolled that into base salary and no longer give the holiday bonus.
