Bonus targets for FB levels?
Can someone from FB chime in on the target bonus percentage for M1, M2 and D1? Thanks.

Target bonus is 20, 25 and 30 percent of base for M1, M2 and D1. The refresher is dependent on functions and varies a lot between eng and non-engineers

M1=E6,M2=E7 and D1=E8 in terms of salary, bonus and refresher. E6 target RSU is 200k, E7 is 400k, not sure about E8.

I heard e8 is 800k
And stock refreshes as well.
