Any tips and tricks on how to be efficient at work when you are pumping twice during your workday? Any tips for pumping in the train and still get some work done in the train? Thanks.
I only pumped once a day around lunchtime, always had my laptop with me. Then I realized that was too annoying and stoped. After that, I just pumped while driving to/from work. Good luck!

Exactly. Plenty of people take 15 minute smoke breaks, or play foos ball or whatever. They definitely shouldn’t hassle you for pumping. Don’t feel guilty about it.
I had two sets of breast pump parts, so that I didn't spend time washing the parts after pumping.
Look at pics of your baby on your phone it helps to let the milk down.
