I don’t know about the initial sign on RSU but annual refresh should be in the range of 100k for 10yrs exp (assuming you are in IC5 band). Yearly cash bonus could far exceed 25k too if your BU is doing well.
Junk offer and negotiate very well . Broadcom pays well and your offer manipulated by your hiring manager.

I think 20k worth of RSUs. Thats pretty low to be honest. Maybe he meant 200K RSUs?
