Thatβs because they also pay top in their industry. If Microsoft paid anywhere near the top in our industry, that could help.
I went to In&Out in Vegas and the food was tasty and cheap , place was clean , employees were happy (gasp! Compare this to Burger King , mcDonalds etc ). I donβt get how they r doing so well and other fast food joints are so bad in comparison . I really wish they would come to the east coast .
It's really simple to understand why. It's based on their biz model
Iβm sure they win on: 1. Able to react to customer requests quickly 2. Deliver results the customer is happy with 3. Consistent quality π
