Buy: 1 Bedroom vs 2 Bedroom house - Bay Area
Moving to Bay Area soon. Married. No kids. Single income. Question: Is it good idea to buy single bedroom house for now and then later(in ~5 years) upgrade to 2 bedroom? I am not sure if I can afford to buy 2 bedroom now. Update: area's I would like to live: Milpitas, Fremont, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara Any other comments would help. Thanks. TC: 170K

Where do 1b houses even exist? Most of them are condos i think

Where are u looking to buy? Cuz if by bay area u mean sf, sj, Palo Alto u will struggle
