Just find a strain that works for you and use it. Bodies are different, people’s minds and physiology are different. If you have anxiety, indica strains in low usage (pull a Bill Clinton, don’t inhale (too much)) can help, but who knows we’ve been feeding stimulants to ADHD patients for decades, maybe sativa strains can help you. Point is, try it. You have nothing to lose even if it is a placebo effect. Sources say you’ll know the difference
I didn't find any notable effect with anxiety. But I do feel overall healthier. Like less groggy, more clear and stuff. Maybe I needed a higher dose. I use it for menstrual cramps mostly.

It’s legal where I live, and I’m not concerned about that because my company does not drug test. That said, it doesn’t show on a drug test anyways because drug tests are looking for THC.
