CISO or Managing director of system architecture
Trying to decide my next career move, one offer is from a small fintech company for ciso and the second is from an airline, TC for both is 230, Any advice is welcomed.

Airline is the past. Fintech is the future. If the Fintech company is wellfunded and doing well (growing) it is a no-brainer. Go for the Fintech.

Airlines are killing it, I'd take the airline unless it's a local puddle jumper that doesn't have market share
