FX trading firm, any one heard of them before? How is the work culture? Working hrs? Sal? Etc. I work for Chase, planning to move out due to hrs I have to contribute ( usually 60 plus a week), don't want to loose benefits.

They're not really an fx trading firm. They are a global FX settlement utility with direct accounts at about 16 central banks and are specially chartered by the Fed. They were set up to avoid Herstatt risk. No idea on culture. Imagine it's like working for the post office. Their job isn't to make money and even you who work in banking have never heard of them.
