CS intern from Waterloo

I have a relative who is completing first year in computer science @ Waterloo. He's looking for his first internship but doesn't have much work experience yet. He's a sharp, hard working kid who's willing to put in the work to learn. He also does have a green card. Anyone have any advice or is looking at hiring CS interns please let me know.
