How is CZI? Pay, benefits, wlb? I have an interview soon and want to know more about the company. How is mobility to FAANG from there? Also have offer from Doordash. Currently at Intel. How would you rate CZI vs Doordash vs Intel? Both good and bad reviews welcome.

You can expect about 70-80% of FB/Goog comp. 70 for non tech 80 for tech roles. No personal development model, there is a plan to build it. Don’t come for the money

CZI is a non-profit l think and l advice everyone NOT to work in any non-profits if you are in the beginning of your career.
What’s the reason?
They don't pay taxes.
