Can I leave a company after they have filled my H1B
Can I leave a company after they have filed for my H1B petition to join another company on my F1 OPT visa status? Provided I ask my current employer to withdraw my H1B petition from USCIS. Would my status then remain as F1 until the new company applies for my H1B again the next year? If yes, what are the concerns I should keep in mind, and things I need to track? Thanks a lot.

Why not just wait for result and if selected then transfer it in October

I heard the h1b limit for 2020 is already filled. Did you win the h1b lottery?
