Got offers from Microsoft and Amazon. Microsoft : Level 60, Base : 122, Stock:25, SigningBonus:15 Please let me know if this is good or I can negotiate for more. Amazon: Yet to hear the numbers from them, How much can I expect? (this is SD1) YOE: 6

You should not be level 60 with 6YOE
Not much can you do with L60. I had similar offer for L60 and declined it. If you accept this offer, it’s a heavy downgrade with 6 YOE. People fresh out of college come at that level.
True. @vne11cv, how many years of experience you have? After you decline the offer, did they come back to you with better pay/level?
5 YOE. No, they didn’t. They kept on pushing me that Ms is great brand and 6 month promo shit. I’m so glad I didn’t fall for it. I kept interviewing and found a role offering 80K TC more than theirs.
6YOE and SDE1/L60?? Ouch
I feel for OP, going from tier 4/5 noname companies into FAANG results in major downleveling. I was in the similar boat, but once inside FAANG hopefully OP can accelerate TC increase much faster.
