Can I pass Google HC?
Interviewed at Google Kirkland last week. I heard they are actively hiring so I decided to give it a try. It has been a week though, not hearing anything back from them. I feel like I did well in 3 rounds, okay in one round and just coded a definitely-not-working solution for the last round... will that be 3 hire 1 leaning hire and 1 leaning no hire? If that is the case, is that good enough for passing the HC or for an offer? YOE 3.5 TC 220

With recent trend it looks like they are looking for 4 definite hires out of 5
