Can i work full time for 2 employers in the US while on TN

I got another offer from a company based in the US and will get a TN visa to work for them. My current employer's work is very easy and takes maybe 2 hours a day to perform. I was thinking of requesting a relocation to Canada (my home country) and working for my current employer candian branch from the US (im a canadaian citizen so shd be able to work for a canadian rmployer from anywhere) and work for my second employer on a valid TN visa from the US. So Employer 1, canadian branch, work remotely from US on candian citizenship Employer 2, US office, working on TN visa Any thoughts on the feasability?

I would like to work for your first employer. What company is it?

Canuck here! You can have multiple TNs unlike H1 that requires only one sponsor. No need to ask them to move you to their Canadian payroll. If you’re getting the 2nd TN by filing an I-129 with USCIS, make sure your second employer does not check the “replacement TN” box on the form. This would be an additional TN. If you’re applying for it at the border, tell the CBP officer this is your 2nd TN so they’ll write both employers on the back of I-94. I don’t know about your tax situation and that is another long topic, but what you’re suggesting will for sure mean more taxes because you’ll have to file taxes in both countries.

Another thing to consider: make sure this is not a conflict of interest. For example, if you’re working for two competitors at the same time, both of them can sue you. The conflict of interest thing has nothing to do with immigration laws and you’re responsible for that.

FYI, you can also concurrently work for multiple employers in H-1B status. It's not that common, but it's legally possible.
