Hello, I have been applying to tech companies for more than an year now, however I almost never make it past the resume selection stage. Interestingly, when I did make it past that stage, it was for FAANG companies (Google and Facebook) where I got rejected onsite. With a cooling period for those, I am trying to apply to other cool midsized companies for entry level roles but have not even got phone interview. I graduated from university last year and have been working at SAP since but looking to move to Bay Area now. Can someone please review my resume and maybe share pointers where I can improve? DM and I can share imgur link to resume (would prefer not attaching link to post directly) P.S: I like software dev but my major and experience have been more in Computer Engineering domain and I think I am better suited for performance, infrastructure engineering roles etc. If someone can advice on how I can get software engineering recruiters to notice me, I will be grateful for advice.
