Most of the low income housing are not the ones you want to live in. They are super old and lack of maintenance and full of mice and bugs. You can, however, get a shitty low income housing and then rent it out on Airbnb.
Actually there is a lot of new low income housing that would probably retail for over $1 million a unit. Lots of new developments have this is a requirement. It’s a way for us to feel good about ourselves and make housing more expensive for everyone
