Canada work visa
A friends H1 extension has been rejected twice, he has his I-140 approved and is currently in India. Trying for Canada work visa now, any idea about the recent processing time? Any cases of Canada work visa rejection?

Canadian work visa isn’t tough to get especially when he has an offer. What was the reason for reject ?
